The ATEX version of the dip mete provides users with the ability to monitor water conditions in particularly harsh environments such as land fills, boreholes or gaseous areas. An ergonomic and light weight design allows it to be easily transported and there are various length reels available.
The ATEX dipmeter is more suitable for water level measuring and is designed for use in particularly harsh areas such as landfill or gaseous environments, boreholes and so on. It features a lightweight design and a handle for easy transport and is reliable. Designed with ease of use and simple operations in mind by drilling contractors, fruit and vegetable farmers, and people using it in landfill and remediation application. The ATEX version features a tape made from a combination of steel coated in polyethylene and comes in optional lengths of 30m, 60m, and 100m. A buzzer and light are also present for notification to the user and the probe is made from stainless steel and the nose cone is EPDM. Users can also use the self test feature to ensure the device is functioning correctly. A 9v battery is required for operation and is suitable for use in ATEX zones 1.
