This company does however share personal data with the company’s appointed payment gateway provider: ‘Card Industry Professionals Ltd (CIP)’, who encrypt your banking details when making a purchase. Should you submit an order on our website, this company shares your personal information that you provide us with, with it’s preferred shipping and freight suppliers. The information shared are: your address details, email and phone number. The purposes of which are for the efficient and secure delivery of your order(s). In addition, any additional notes you provide, during checking out your order, such as: “leave behind grey bin” or “leave with neighbour” and similar, will also be shared with such companies.

This website uses a, ‘Leave a Review’ feature. By using this particular feature, it is advised that you strictly discuss the product(s) and your experience and use of it/them only and do not leave any personal contact details for your self or others within the review. The company will not be held responsible for the consequences of such actions.

Conditions

The company and its website currently does not qualify under UK law and regulations to charge the UK standard rate of VAT (Value Added Tax), on any of its products or services. (Currently at 20% of the value of goods/service). However, this may change, without notice should the company reach or surpass the current turnover requirements, after which the company will legally be obliged to charge it’s customers VAT at the current rate set by the UK government. (20% of the total value of the goods and services).

Should the company be required under UK law to later begin to charge VAT, the majority of products and services listed on this website will be subject to a 20% VAT charge. However, under UK regulations, certain goods are exempt, these include, but are not limited to:

  •  maps, guides and text books
  • hard hats
  • safety boots
  • medical items

As the company is currently not applicable to charge VAT on any of its goods and services, shipping cost too, will not be subject to a VAT charge.

The company has the facilities to export orders outside of the UK and shall produce and provide all necessary documentation that our customers will require in order to receive their goods when they arrive as well as for record keeping for both parties.

However, there may be import costs payable by our customers (your self/your company) upon receiving the goods. The value of which will vary depending on the value of goods, type of goods, the country of imports own DUTY and TAX regulations. This will be communicated to you in advance by the courier or shipping company and will often provide a bill and break down of costs and methods to pay. This payment does not come to us, (Axial Exploration and Drilling Supplies Ltd), but is a bill charged, and payable to your countries own government.

To the best of the company’s knowledge, the descriptions of all goods on its website are, at this time, true and correct. However, these may change at any time and without notice should we be instructed to do so by the manufacturer/appointed distributor.
