The Corewise® automatic core saw has become an industry benchmark for the longitudinal cutting of geological core samples. Providing users with a fast, effective, efficient and most importantly, safe way of cutting cores down their length. This saw can cut from BQ to PQ core sizes, comes with a recycling water tank for lubrication and keeping the blade cook, a fitted LCD screen displaying operations and specifics, an automatic braking system for safety of the user all contained within a galvanised steel housing.

Corewise automatic core saw, is the pinnacle of core cutting within the industry. It boasts a myriad of features and high-end technical specifications making it one of, if not, the most ergonomic, economical, safest heavy-duty core saws around. Construction comprises galvanised steel, with stainless steel bolts. Therefore, this machine will not rust or corrode and is made for tough site jobs. Though regular maintenance is necessary to ensure a long life and optimal operation. The saw can cut cores moving both forward and reverse, additionally, it will not jam. Furthermore, the blade is fitted with a dynamic braking system for user safety.
The corewise automatic core saw features an LCD screen that the user observes to monitor the machine’s operations, such as the motors, this also houses the control buttons and all are a safe distance away from parts of the saw which may become wet to eliminate the risk of electrocution. The feed system itself has no pusher lugs and allows you to instantly feed core samples, cutting down valuable time.
The machine will accept all core sizes, (BQ, NQ, HQ, and PQ) on the same core guide. After which once fed, your core sample(s) will be cut straight down the middle, neatly, quickly, and safely. The addition of such a machine to a mineral exploration project, for example, within the core shed. This will no doubt allow exploration geologists to view the internal structures of a drill core sample. Such as mineral and ore veins, technical structures, faults and cracks, and much more.
